What Happens when miss emma is sick or away?

- Whilst I have a pretty strong immune system from working with children for so long, things can and do happen. If I become unwell, or unforeseen circumstances occur, I close for the day, and endeavour to give your family as much notice as possible. You will not be charged for anytime I am closed and cannot offer care.

- I also close if taking holidays. I am required to give a minimum of four weeks notice when this happens, to allow you enough time to make alternative arrangements.
